Learning Center: School's Out Arts Enrichment Program

    


School's Out and Friday Fun Arts Enrichment Activity Program
Offered every Monday and Friday and whenever school is out (on the traditional calendar)


Students will rotate each session between various classes focusing on the arts (dance, theatre, music, visual art) as well as receive instruction in academic enrichment using an interdisciplinary approach to learning. This program is for student grade k - 6 and is open from 7:30-5:15 p.m.  You can register for a consistent schedule or pick and choose the days/times that fit with your schedule each month! 
Please note: due to staffing requirements drop-ins are only allowed if space is available

NEW for FALL 2018:  we are planning to offer our School's Out program on Mondays and Fridays (for those students who do not have school on those days) and on any school's out days following the traditional school calendar
NOTE: minimum enrollment is required for all days or the program may be cancelled so please submit your days as far in advance as possible to secure space in the program

NEW STUDENTS: To enroll in this program, please complete all forms including:

  • Enrollment Packet – be sure to include current immunization forms (or exemption letter) - click HERE to download and print; if you already have an enrollment packet on file please complete the Current Student Enrollment Form (download HERE
  • Registration Fee:  please submit a one-time (per family) $25 fee along with your enrollment packet
  • Enrollment Calendar for at least the first month of planned attendance - available in the enrollment packet, online (ongoing), and at the studio

NOTE: if you registered with us AFTER June 1st, 2018 you do NOT need to complete this packet unless information has changed or you have updated immunization records.  Please just submit and enrollment calendar.


ENROLLMENT CALENDAR must be submitted on a monthly basis - please submit by the 20th of each month to ensure space in the program for your student - you can submit your calendar at the studio or register online on our 
REGISTRATION page (you do not need to fill out all of the contact info - just complete your child's name and your dates/times)

Please note: there is no refund for no-shows and missed days and pre-payment is required to register in this program.

Program Pricing:
  • Full-day registration: $25 per day (additional siblings $15 per day)
  • Half-day registration: $15 per day (additional siblings $10 per day)
  • Payment is due on the 1st of each month – please be sure to submit your registration calendar by the 20th of each month

Lunches:  
Families are required to provide lunch for their students if they are registered for full-day programs – please refer to your enrollment packet for more information
